With their combined studio experience spanning over two decades, Baraka and Laura have sung on hundreds of film, television, and commercial studio sessions. They have performed with some of the world’s biggest artists at the Hollywood Bowl, Coachella, The Voice, and the MTV Video Music Awards and have worked with top composers like Danny Elfman, Hans Zimmer, Michael Giacchino and John Williams. They have each lent their voices as both soloists and choral singers to major films like La La Land, Jurassic World, Star Trek Beyond, and many more.

In addition to their studio work, both Laura and Baraka have extensive backgrounds in music education and have worked as music directors, private instructors, and choir directors for thousands of children in LA. Their experience includes work as choir directors with LAUSD, LA Children’s Chorus, the Gifted and Talented Education Fine Arts Conservatory, John Burroughs High School, Village Christian School, Larchmont Charter School, the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, Jordan Middle School, The Hobart Shakespeareans, and the Kodaly Association.
